Orders & Payments

Q1: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed.

Q3: Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption and Shopify's secure checkout process to protect your data.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–9 business days.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q6: What is the shipping fee?
We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders. Shipping is free on orders over $99, excluding non-contiguous U.S. regions. We do ship to the non-contiguous U.S. regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, a flat-rate $20 surcharge will apply. Delivery times may be extended based on carrier availability

Returns & Refunds

Q8: What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of the order shipment date. Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable.

Q9: Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not charge restocking fees.

Q10: How do I initiate a return?
Email us at info@rockinwonder.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q11: How do I choose the right size for my child?
Please refer to our size chart on each product page. If you need further help, feel free to email us.

Q12: The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Some of our styles are limited-edition. If you’re interested in a restock, let us know and we’ll do our best to notify you.

Q13: Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to get 10% off your first order. We also offer seasonal promotions and volume discounts (e.g. Buy 2, get 10% off).
