Online Returns & Exchanges We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your Rockin Wonder purchase. If you would like to return an unworn and unused item and receive a full refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.
Rockin Wonder is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.
If you would like to make an exchange of any kind, simply return the item and place a new order. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused
-IMPORTANT: Please place your unused item(s) back in their original plastic bag with the barcode visible.
NOTE: We cannot except returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased from Creoate. Please contact Creoate directly.
Please be aware that any shipping and return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Note that it may take up to 30 days to receive and process your return.
If you have received a damaged item please notify us at info@rockinwonder.com and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. We may ask you to forward photos of the damaged item(s) in order to better serve your needs.
Please note that all swimwear is non-returnable unless you received a damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. All eligible returns must be accompanied with a return request submitted and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
